LODGING
Our Maximum is ten and when you stay with us you’ll feel right at home. We offer warm and personalized stays.
The Ranch House is cozy and comfortable because we have private and semi private rooms. This accommodates two to four people per room. There are two rooms’ upstairs in the main ranch house with a shared bath down the hall. All rooms are decorated in western décor and antiques.

RECREATION
Don’t just Dream the Cowboy Dream….. “Live It!”
Our main focus is horseback riding, cattle work, working with the young horses, and a roping experience if you choose.
None of our ranch work is staged. It is real; we don’t have time to make up something for you to do.
A typical week may include: cattle work, moving herds to pasture, sorting pairs, doctoring, checking water tanks, branding, working with the young horses and team roping. These activities allow us to extend our way of life to our guests.

Other area attractions: Rodeos, fishing, hiking, canoeing/tanking, and golf.

FOR CHILDREN
We are a real working ranch and therefore it is necessary to limit our stays to children eight years old and older. We do offer family weeks, but some weeks are best suited for adults and older children. We do not offer a structured children’s program. Children are welcome in all ranch activities, to their abilities, including riding, caring for their horse and learning to rope.

FOOD/LIQUOR
Our meals are all served buffet and/or family style in the main ranch dinning room. Guests, staff, and family will eat and socialize together. The food is good home cooked ranch food, tender cuts of beef, served with all the fixings and homemade breads and delicious desserts. Guests are welcome to supply their own wine and liquor refrigeration provided.

BUSINESS/MEETINGS
None

The Rowse family has been ranching in the Sand Hills since 1884.
We are proud to be ranching this area for six generations.
Jerry and Tammy continue their Western Heritage the way they use to do it 100 years ago, on the back of a good ranch horse. We welcome guests from all over the world to share our life.
