| Horseback riding is the primary activity with loping or walking rides for half days and full days. Lessons are always available. Weekly cattle penning. Cattle drives for advanced riders on occcasion. Colorado River raft trip included. Evening entertainment daily such as hay rides, western dancing, carnival, and staff show. Heated pool and hot tub. Mountain bikes available. Hiking trails are plentiful. Four golf courses nearby and Rocky Mountain National Park. |

| (Buckaroos) children 5 and under are in a counseled program during regular scheduled activities. The program includes horseback rides, games and crafts. (Rangeriders) children 6 through 13 are in our instruction orientated riding program and adults are encouraged to join them at any time. Counselors have a schedule of group activities and crafts before and after riding. Older teens may have seperate rides and special activities. |

| All you can eat family style meals, sometimes gourmet and sometimes hearty western but always delicious. Dining room service, cook outs, a trail breakfast. Each day is different. We can accommodate vegetarian and special diets, also. Bring your own liquor. |

| Drowsy Water is a historic guest ranch for over 75 years. The Fosha's have owned and operated it for 32 years. Accommodations are all remodeled and decorated in recent years. Horse program with around 100 quality trained horses provides excellent instruction and experiences. |

| Sample weekly schedule: Sunday- Guests arrive in afternoon. Staff introductions and orientation after supper. Monday- Riding instruction and clinics followed by trail rides to aquaint guests with their horses. Western dance night. Tuesday- Regular trail rides, cattle penning or river rafting trip on Colorado River. Kids hayride night. Wednesday- Half day or full day trail rides available. Family Carnival night with games and prizes. Thursday- Weekly breakfast trailride and family portraits. Adult hayride night and kids games and recreation at ranch. Friday- Half day or full day trail rides or 4 wheel drive trip or guided hike. Weekly staff show and awards night. Saturday- Adult morning trail rides and Kids horseback arena games. Guests depart after Ranch picnic lunch. Some activities may be substituted or curtailed during different times of the season. |
