| Echo Valley Ranch & Spa is an adult-oriented facility, and welcomes children aged 13 years and over, however from July 20th to August 4th, 2005 we will be offering Echo Valley's annual Kids Weeks where any age kids are welcome. Also if a family wishes to book the entire ranch for their own exclusive use there is also no age minimum. |

| Echo Valley Ranch & Spa offers fine dining with hearty meals created by their resident master chef. Gourmet food is expertly prepared in an open kitchen, using fresh, ranch grown produce and organic, ranch raised meats. When in season, even wild mushrooms, herbs and berries gathered from the surrounding forest are incorporated into the menu! **Special diets are given consideration, including vegetarian selections. For avid spa goers, Echo Valley also offers the "Eat Right for Your Type" Blood Type Diet, as outlined by naturopath and author J. D'Adamo.
