Traditional and international cuisine. The Estancia’s 'all inclusive' programs include four meals: breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner. Lunch is usually a typical 'argentine asado' (BBQ); dinner is more oriented to homemade pasta and vegetable dishes. 'Asados' feature grilled meats - veal, lamb, pork - and sometimes there is 'the catch of the day' on the grill. Asados are accompanied with several salads. According to the day’s agenda, the 'asado' could be held in the evening. In summer lunch might be a cold buffet. If a guest requests it, a 'breakfast asado' might be organized, as well as “on the trail” asados during long horseback rides. Soft drinks, beer and wine are included with meals. Special diets can be accommodated.

| HISTORY/HOSTS |
 |
| The Estancia Haras la Viviana overlooks an ecological refuge, Laguna Los Altos, a wildlife sanctuary. The proximity to a lovely 2500-acre lake is a rarity in the Pampas, leading to equally singular aquatic activities: boating, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, and fishing, with some outstanding bird-watching along the way. “Environmental tourism,” the latest travel adventure. Otherwise, life at the Estancia Haras la Viviana has its main focus on breeding, riding, jumping - horses. |
