LODGING
10,000 square foot lodge is luxuriously decorated accommodating 5 couples; 2 suites and 3 guest rooms. All guest rooms have a king or queen sized bed, seating area, gas fireplace and private bath. We also have 2 family cabins situated on the lake that sleeps 6 with a master bedroom on the first floor and a sleeping loft for 4, kitchen/dining area and a gas fireplace.

RECREATION
Improve your riding abilities with customized riding lessons then practice what you learn riding in the meadows and valleys and up onto the ridges and mountaintops. Spend a half day moving cattle through streams, creeks, and willows. Help us brand the cattle. Hike and mountain bike through Apsen groves and wildflowers and white water rafting is only 50 miles away. Some of the best river and lake fishing in Colorado is found right here, with the South Platte river providing depth and breadth to antero, Spinney and Elevenmile reservoirs. Tarryall Creek fills Tarryall Reservoir as well. Public and private waters give the sportsman much to contemplate in the way of the flies and lures.

FOOD/LIQUOR
Delicious home-cooked meals and snacks, sack lunches for your all day excursions.

BUSINESS/MEETINGS
Perfect setting for small retreats.

REGION/CUSTOMS
See pieces of history come alive at South Park City in Fairplay (18 miles), a multistructure museum open during the summer months. Lovingly restored, South Park City consists of edifices brought from other settlements around the area and positioned in to an 1880's town within a town. There are other historical sites that can be found in Alma and Como. Attend local rodeos, music performances and county fairs. Summit County and the Breckenridge Ski Resort community are an easy 45 minute drive and offer shopping, galleries and restaurants.
