Double your gov't rebate and Ride a horse - 30% Discount (approx)

We will credit you $1200 for a party of 4 or $600 for a party of 2 (effectively doubling your Government Rebate) to be used towards a six night all inclusive stay at our ranch during the 2008 season provided that you make your reservation by May 31, 2008. Just mention this promotion when making your reservation (Government Rebate promotion)and the credit will be applied to your vacation cost. The program is subject to space availability and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount offered by the ranch.

Come to the Ranch and We'll Pay the GAS - 30% Discount (approx)

This GAS REBATE PROGRAM will reimburse you up to $5 a gallon. Provide us the gas receipts for your trip to the ranch and we will credit DOUBLE that amount to the cost of your six night stay (to cover your return trip). The amount of your rebate wil be equal to the actual amount paid by you to drive to and from the ranch not to exceed 200 gallons per family of 3 or more. To qualify just mention the GAS REBATE PROGRAM when making your reservation and provide us with the actual gas receipts for your trip to the ranch. This program is subject to space availability and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount offered by the ranch.

Children Free Program - 40% Discount (approx)

The Children Free Program will allow each full paying adult guest to bring an accompanying child at not charge. Currently, this program will be available for the weeks of June 15-21, July 20-26, July 27-August 2, and August 10-16. This program is subject to space availability and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount offered by the ranch. Just mention the Children Free Program when you make your reservation. For the purposes of this program children are persons 17 years old or under.

Fall Special 50% Discount - 50% Discount (approx)

During the period from August 17-September 27, 2008 some of our recreational staff returns to college and we serve only adult guests. The FALL DISCOUNT program will allow you to receive 50% off the regular price for reservations booked during the adult season if the reservation is made prior to July 31, 2008. Just mention the FALL DISCOUNT Program when making your reservation. This program is subject to space availability and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount offered by the ranch. The discount does not apply to the Colorado Sales Tax and a 15% Service Charge.
