Location: Near Deckers, CO just two hours from Denver and Colorado Springs.
Reservations: Advance reservations are required. Reservations may be made by letter, phone (303-647-2311), FAX (303-647-2315) or E-mail: reservations@lostvalleyranch.com. We will hold your accommodations without deposit for approximately two weeks.
Rates: Adults: Summer (Sunday to Sunday): $1,925-2,275; Spring (two day minimum): $130-200/day; Fall $200-250/day; Rates do not include 4.6 percent state sales tax.
Children: Summer : Teens 13-18 $1,725-2,050; Ages 6-12 $1,540-1,820; Ages 3-5 $850-950. Spring (two day minimum):Teens 13-18 $115-180/day; Ages 6-12 $95-160/day; Ages 3-5 $65-98/day. Fall (two day minimum): Teens 13-18 $170-225/day; Ages 6-12 $150-200/day; Ages 3-5 $95-125/day. Rates do not include 4.6 percent state sales tax.
Minimum Stay: During the Spring (March 1 - May 18, 2008) and Fall (August 29 - November 30, 2008), our minimum stay is two nights. In the Summer (May 23 - August 24, 2008), our minimum stay is seven nights, from Sunday to the following Sunday.
Deposit: We require a 40% deposit to confirm your reservation. The actual amount of your deposit and its due date will be stipulated when making your tentative booking.
Payment: At the end of your stay, payment is to be made in full either by cash, traveler’s checks, personal check, VISA or Mastercard.
Closest Airports: Denver (DIA) and Colorado Springs (COS). See our online map for directions.
Transportation: You may either secure a rental car or we will be happy to help arrange transportation to the Ranch by our van service. We will pick you up in Denver or Colorado Springs for a round trip charge of $80 per person ($100 minimum/$480 maximum charge).

LODGING
For over 30 years, we have been rated by AAA as a "4 diamond" property. Your "home for the week" will reflect this standard of quality. Our mountain-side deluxe cabin suites have one to three bedrooms, a living room which functions as an additional bedroom at night, fireplace, refrigerator, coffee service, one or two baths, porch and swing. The cabins are spaced among the pines for your peace and quiet.

RECREATION
Beginning through advanced horseback riding, fishing (stream and pond), heated pool, whirlpool spas, tennis, trap shooting and hiking (guided and non-supervised). Special Horsemanship weeks in May, September and October. Special cattle weeks, cattle roundups and Fall Color weeks in September and October. Evening entertainment provided by our staff (seasonal).

FOR CHILDREN
Excellent and extensive children/teen programs for ages 3-18 with fully trained counselors. Babysitting available.

FOOD/LIQUOR
Wholesome ranch cooking featuring Marion Foster's family recipes is fresh, simple, and plentiful. Bring your own alcoholic beverages - cabins only.

BUSINESS/MEETINGS
Capacity is seventy for corporate and professional groups (spring and fall only). Wireless high-speed internet and audio/visual equipment available.

HISTORY/HOSTS
Since 1883, a working cattle ranch. In 1947, the ranch began taking guests. The Foster family bought the ranch in 1960. Bob and Karen Foster are now second generation owners/managers.
