LODGING

Each of our ten cabins has its own four person hot tub and cozy living room with romantic fireplace. Accommodations in one of our two charming lodges all have private baths and include daily maid service.

RECREATION

Exceptional Riding program from beginner's lessons to all day trail rides, fly fishing in the St. Vrain River, our own stocked trout pond, Full size Indoor pool and Spa, mountain biking, awesome guided hiking, 800,000 acres of National Forest to hike and ride in, tours to Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Black Hawk and Central City, Hayrides, Cookouts, Overnight Pack trips, Family Campout, Barn Dance, Wild West Night.

FOR CHILDREN

Completely supervised fun filled program for little buckaroos 4 and up all the way through teens. Riding lessons and individual instruction, games,indoor pool, arts, crafts, hikes, barnyard, canoeing, fishing, climbing, and more!

FOOD/LIQUOR

Feast till your heart's content on gourmet ranch style food served in a variety of unique venues including our mountain top breakfast ride, riverside BBQ, and patio lunch. Beer, wine and liquor available.

BUSINESS/MEETINGS

State of the Art year-round Conference Facilities: Capacity 150. Six meeting rooms both casual and formal. Lodging, meals, meeting rooms, Audio/Video equipment and breaks included in our rate. Weddings: The charming Peaceful Valley Memorial Chapel holds 75 guests and sits 400 feet above the ranch and overlooks the majestic Continental Divide. Outdoor sites for up to 300. Reception and Dance Hall facilities available.

HISTORY/HOSTS

Originial known as "Wildcat Gulch", our valley has been hosting guests since serving as a stage coach stop in the 1880's. First resort was built in the 1920's, started as a dude ranch in 1953. Many families and groups have been coming for 20 years or more- we'd love to make you a part of the Peaceful Valley Family!

ITINERARY

A sample day at Peaceful Valley would start with "Breakfast on the Mountain" where guests can horseback ride or ride a horse-drawn wagon to our beautiful site that overlooks the Continental Divide. After breakfast enjoy more riding or go on a hike to an alpine waterfall or lake surrounded by wildflowers. Lunch will be served at 12 noon followed by afternoon riding and activities. At night gather the family up for a ranch style dinner served in our dining room located on the St.Vrain River and plan to do some dancing afterwards. From sun up till sun down, there is always something to do at Peaceful Valley!
