Because a vacation is more relaxing when all meals are included in the price of your stay, the chef and culinary team serve three delicious meals daily. Breakfast is a full buffet with everything from homemade biscuits to made-to-order omelets, and lunch is also a buffet with poolside dining available. The dinner menu, which changes every evening, includes a choice of two soups or salads, five delectable entrees, and (of course) dessert. No reservations are necessary —you’re expected! A favorite tradition at Rancho de los Caballeros is gathering in The Saloon, the full-service bar, to watch the sunset unfold over the Bradshaw Mountain range.
BUSINESS/MEETINGS

| For board meetings, incentive trips, executive conferences, banquets and other gatherings, Rancho de los Caballeros is the perfect setting. The 4,500 sq.ft. | HISTORY/HOSTS |
---
During the 1930s, Dallas Gant spent his winters managing a guest ranch in Wickenburg and summers managing the Bishop's Lodge in Santa Fe. There he met Edie, and after their 1941 wedding they returned to Wickenburg. Two winter visitors so enjoyed their guest ranch hospitality that they formed a partnership with the Gants and created Rancho de los Caballeros. Opened in 1947, the ranch honors the style of the Spanish caballeros — “gentlemen on horseback” who brought their traditions of skillful riding and gracious living to the untamed desert. Today this historic guest ranch and golf club is managed by Dallas and Edie's son, Rusty Gant.
