Lazy K Bar Ranch is one of our favorite vacation spots.

We have spent the last two years vacationing here, and are planning next years too. Everyone agrees that there is something for everyone. My husband can relax, and the kids and I keep busy with all the ranch activities: riding the horses, swimming, hiking etc. The food is plentiful just ask my son and husband. The rooms are great. The view is spectacular, especially at night. The stars are overhead and the city lights of Tucson can be seen down below. The staff make you feel like royalty. My kids can't imagine another vacation. What really is nice, is the fact that you meet other families. There are families that have been coming back for years. I can see why. Without TV everyone makes better use of their time. They play cards and board games that other kids brought with. It's kind of the old-fashioned vacations I remember. Peaceful, relaxing and yet fun-filled. It's the best. May be I'll see you there next year. Bye.

A great way to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.

We loaded our kids and grand kids from back East into the big silver bird and flew them to the Lazy K Bar Guest Ranch in Tucson AZ. Yes it was a departure from the norm but we thought a get together like this would always be remembered. The place was more than anyone expected. There's something there for everyone, young and old. Delicious food, great rooms, riding, Western entertainment and demonstrations by folks who are experts in their fields. All this was made possible by a staff that plied their trade not because they had to but because they wanted to. If you're planning a trip where you can kick back and really enjoy yourself, check out the Lazy K Bar Guest Ranch. We're coming back for our second 50th anniversary.

The best-kept secret in the Southwest.

My wife and I have spent part of our last two February's at the Lazy K Bar Ranch. In our opinion it is one of the best guest ranches in the southwest. The hosts, Carol and Paul and their friendly staff are professional, obliging and will accommodate almost any of your needs. They make every endeavor to ensure that your stay is pleasant. The accommodations, meals and horseback riding were superior. We especially enjoyed the hay ride, the barbecue and most outstanding was the friendly attitude of all the guests. It doesn't matter if you live in New York or Switzerland, it's a part of Americana that must not be missed. The desert and the surrounding mountains are spectacular. We plan to spend another memorial vacation this February on the Lazy K. We promise that you will not be disappointed if you plan your vacation at this beautiful ranch!

Great stay at the Lazy K Bar Ranch in Tuscon

It was my wife and my second visit to the Lazy K. We really enjoyed it 4 years ago - but it was even better now. Dramatic improvement in the food and nice upgrades and enhancements to the facility. As usual, Carol and her crew were incredibly hospitable. And once again, we met some great people, especially the folks from Europe. The horesback riding was good, including the quality of the horses and the conditions of the trails. We were there for 6 days and wish we had more time!
