ITINERARY
---
SUNDAY This is arrival day. Once you are settled into your cabin, you can learn your way around, and meet the help and other ranch guests. We'll have a picnic dinner on the lawn. MONDAY After breakfast, cowboys fit your saddle and introduce you to your horse. Both are yours for the week. Following lunch, you can go on one of the rides going different directions. On Monday evening a cowboy singer entertains us around the campfire. TUESDAY An early get-up is followed by a one-and-a-half hour ride to a hardy cowboy breakfast, which cooked over a campfire, never tasted better. After lunch, we take you to Cody for the "River Float", a moderate white water rapid trip. The whole ranch goes to the "Cody Night Rodeo" after dinner. WEDNESDAY Depending on the weekly makeup of our guests we plan a ranch softball game. We have been playing softball in sagebrush for years and it is a great fun. After lunch, we ride to Lost Creek. At dinner, we have a steak cook-out on the lawn. THURSDAY By now you are ready for "all day" ride to Table Mountain. Pack animals carry our lunch which is cooked over a campfire. We also have half- day ride. After dinner we have a fishing contest at the ranch pond. Everyone likes to participate. FRIDAY This is Yellowstone Park day. It takes us all day to tour the "Lower Loop" of the Park to show you Yellowstone Lake, Old Faithful, the Geyser Basins and more, including various Park wildlife. If you've already seen the Park, you can spend the day in Cody and visit one of the worlds best western museum, the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. Riding is also an option. SATURDAY After breakfast, you can choose from the Rimrock Ride or the Holy City Ride. Both are wonderful photo opportunities. In the afternoon, we have our own Ranch Rodeo, with lots of horseback games. After a Prime Rib Dinner, and a week of entertaining our guests, our guests entertain us with a fun "Talent Show". We also give gimkhana and fishing contest awards. SUNDAY Final farewells are Sunday morning before or after breakfast, depending on your departure time.
