REGION/CUSTOMS
The high sub alpine terrain and secluded mountain valley create a breathtakingly beautiful setting for T Cross. The 11,000 foot peaks of the Absarokas encircle the ranch, but one can see the snowy Wind River Range to the south.

HISTORY/HOSTS
T Cross has been welcoming guests for over 85 years and is one of Wyoming's historic treasures. The ranch has been family owned and run since it was homesteaded in the early 1900s. Your hosts are Mark and Gretchen Cardall. T Cross has been in the family since Gretchen’s parents, Ken and Garey Neal, became owner/managers in 1991.

ITINERARY
The week begins with a Sunday evening welcome gathering in the Lodge - the wranglers are there to match up horses and riders.
Monday mornings the action is at the corral to saddle up and get acquainted with the horses.
Half day rides take place mornings and afternoons and full day rides Thursdays and Saturdays.
Monday evenings, guests gather in the Lodge living room to hear a cowboy singer. On Tuesdays, many guests travel down to Dubois for square dancing at the Rustic Pine.
We cook out on the banks of Horse Creek for Wednesday dinners.
Thursday evenings, enjoy a sunset wagon ride, courtesy of our team of magnificent Belgian drafts, for game viewing and picture taking. Thursday night children have a campfire on the banks of Horse Creek, complete with a real teepee and S’mores.

Friday mornings, a breakfast cook out is followed by gymkhana — games on horseback — for the young wranglers, and often some calf cutting and penning practice for everyone.
Wilderness pack trips can be arranged in advance of your stay - call the ranch for details.
In October and November, guided hunting packages are available -- call the ranch for details.

Any time is for hiking, tubing, birding, games, conversation, or just relaxing on your porch with a good book.
