Reservations and Cancellations ... To assure accommodations, reservations must be made in advance and are confirmed upon receipt of 1/3 total amount due. The deposit must be received within ten days of making your reservation. The balance of the plan package is required at least 90 days prior to your arrival and before May 1. Up until February 1, reservations may be cancelled by either party and your deposit will be refunded in full. You may pay with your credit card, to assure immediate confirmation. After February 1, all deposits paid are non-refundable; travel insurance is suggested to provide a refund on covered claims, such as illness, travel interruption or natural disasters. In the event of a cancellation after February 1, we will hold your reservation for 1 year for you to utilize.
Payment and Gratuities ... You may charge all extra ranch activities to your room for payment at the end of your visit if you wish. Applicable sales tax and a 15% service charge on extra cost items only will be added to you bill. Local telephone calls are free. All long distance calls are made with your credit card - no surcharge. At the end of your stay, payment may be made by personal check, travelers check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover for any unpaid charges. Gratuities are given by our guests as they may deem appropriate. Recommended gratuities are a total of $9.00 per guest person daily and will be equally and immediately distributed to all employees or as you may designate.
